Threes
The main goal of the Threes Program is to encourage a sense of independence and a love for school through hands-on experiences. Activities are designed to promote the child’s ability to problem-solve, self-regulate and negotiate as he/she explores and interacts with friends in the classroom. Each center-based classroom encourages active exploration of cognitive concepts that include math and science skills as well as language-based activities. A print-rich environment promotes and encourages the ability to understand print concepts and letter recognition.
Children need to be three by December 31st for the school year they are enrolling for.
Children who will turn four between June and December typically transition into the Fours Class the following year and children who turn four between January and May will transition into the Pre-K Class.
